Information collected
The enquiry form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, general location, vehicle information and a description of the concern. Please do not provide your full VIN, financial or medical information.
Why information is requested
Details you choose to send by email or provide during a call help RPI understand your vehicle concern, consider service suitability, and reply to your enquiry.
Email drafts and correspondence
The website prepares an email draft on your device. It does not automatically submit a form or store those form entries on the website server. Your enquiry is sent to RPI only after you choose to send it in your email app. Messages you send may be retained in the RPI business mailbox for enquiry and service correspondence. Email, telephone and text communications are also handled by the respective providers. RPI has not enabled visitor analytics tracking on this website.
